First time here and I'm immediately impressed. We got greeted right away and other staffs are super friendly! The man who took care of us, could be the owner with how he carries himself
We got offered water since it's hot out while we look over the menu to order. The food came out pretty quick and it was SO FRESH and tasty, I HIGHLY recommend this place, I would come back. Also they make you feel so welcomed and with excellent service, you'll want to come back!
Thank you K-Towne 88 -

I was traveling for work and stopped by here before dinner for what I thought would be a quick drink. My sister got stuck in traffic on her way to meet us for dinner, so my cousin and I decided to get boba to kill time.
When we stepped inside, a lot of tables were occupied at 8pm on a Wednesday night, and groups of teens seemed to be enjoying their drinks while playing games that were available. There were only two customers ahead of us in line, so my cousin and I had some time to look over our options before ordering. I went with the matcha milk (hot) and my cousin got the chai milk (also hot). It was just starting to get chilly, so hot milk sounded like it'd hit the spot for both of us.
My sister had an estimated ETA of 8:40pm, and luckily time passed pretty quickly since my cousin and I were chatting and catching up. It wasn't until I checked the time that I realized we STILL hadn't gotten our drinks by 8:35... It had been over 30 minutes since we ordered.
Since my sister was due to arrive soon, I walked up to the counter and asked about our drinks. The guy who was working on the drinks informed us that they were still making them. I looked at him confused since he didn't offer any other explanation. It took another 5 minutes of me contemplating whether or not I should have just asked for a refund that our drinks were finally done.
After nearly 40 minutes, I expected amazing drinks. Well, they were fine. They tasted like subtly flavored hot milk. Was it worth the wait? Definitely not. -

I set my expectations low for Kung Fu Tea because ugh, CHAINS. I know it's a pretty large chain so I expected it to be similar to the likes of a Ding Tea or Gong Cha - but no, the quality here blew Ding Tea out of the water!
I've liked just about every drink I've tried thus far - like their oolong milk tea and matcha milk tea. I tried a matcha sesame one as well which was good, but the sesame way overpowered the matcha. I still liked it, it's just the matcha was underwhelming.
Service has always been pleasant, and the interior is really nice! Kung Fu Tea is equipped with a large shelf of board games and playing cards. They even have a foosball table!
So I downloaded their app after my first visit when they told me about their rewards system. BUT in order to actually use it and earn "bubbles", which accumulate to free drinks, you have to pre-load money on to your account - similar to Starbucks.
I mean I'm comfortable doing that with my Starbucks account because there is literally a Starbucks on every corner. There just aren't enough Kung Fu Teas that I would use this that frequently. I wish they'd rethink this system! -

We had the kung fu tea drink to try out since it was recommended and because it is their signature drink. We liked the blend and we loved the amount of boba they gave us. It was a very generous amount which I am always happy about when the boba is actually good.
They have an app that you can earn discounts through which is always nice. They have a foosball table inside if you feel like hanging out while you enjoy your drinks. -

Call me Bruce Lee because I'm officially obsessed with Kung Fu.
We stopped by Kung Fu Tea after a co-working sesh nearby at the Combine Kitchen.
The location is relatively large for a boba shop, with a variety of booth and table seating, and outdoor patio tables available. There's also a bit of entertainment provided, including: foosball, board & card games, and free WiFi: BOBALIFE101
Kung Fu Tea has a very extensive menu - which can be both a positive and negative! My indecisive self took close to ten minutes to finally choose a beverage.
Luckily, the KFT team lends a hand in the form of their Top 10 Drink list. I ended up picking the Oreo Kung Fu Milk Tea off this poster, and boy was it bomb! This drink was milky, thick, and topped with everyone's favorite flavor - Oreo!
Outside of boba they also serve teas, snacks, and a kids menu with caffeine free drinks! I also appreciated the staffs humor, and their sign on 'how not to insert a boba straw'. Definitely learned some helpful tips!
